Help clients uncover their own answers and their own truth

I believe pursuing therapy is a very courageous act and feel honored to provide a space for this vital work. Common challenges that I help with include depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, substance use disorders, process addictions, and life transitions. I employ holistic therapeutic styles rooted in mindfulness and Buddhist Psychology. My aim as a clinician is to help clients uncover their own answers and their own truth, to gain greater clarity in moving toward their higher self, and their innate capacity for healing. I implement my Ayurvedic health coaching training when applicable to certain client goals.

I have been in practice for 12 years with advanced training in mindfulness-based approaches and am a certified SomaYoga teacher. I enjoy weaving these skills into my practice, inviting a stronger mind-body focus, for those interested in such an approach. I find the best work stems from clients with a high level of motivation to create change in their lives.

I often use experiential, creative methods for self-expression, and growth. I am passionate about helping people explore their own spirituality and how to integrate it into their lives in actionable ways that create purpose and meaning. No matter your circumstances, or the suffering you’ve endured, you are worthy of belonging and positive change.
